For this session, we’ll go into to lots of practices and tools on :

- Regulating your nervous system on a regular basis AND when you get triggered.

- Finding your energetic and physical boundaries in an embodied way.

- Identifying shame in your body.

- Differentiating wound reaction from intuition response.

This is “The Work” you’ve been asking for! Let’s have some fun while we explore our own nervous systems in a safe and connected group of women.
